Honey Mustard Chicken OVEN *

Ingredients

• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
• 2/3 cup honey
• 4 Tablespoons yellow mustard
• 1/2 to 1 cup bread crumbs
• no stick cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

spray baking dish with cooking spray
mix mustard with honey in shallow pan, such as pie plate
place bread crumbs on waxed paper
dip both sides of chicken breasts in honey mixture then in bread crumbs coating well
place in prepared baking dish with a little space between each one
spray chicken lightly with cooking spray
Pour left over juice over chicken
bake about 30 minutes
