Maple Whipped Cream

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup cold whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons cold maple syrup, Grade B if possible

Preparation

Step 1

Have mixing bowl and beaters chilled for best results.
Beat whipped cream until soft peaks form; add maple syrup and beat until firm.

Note: this recipe is easily doubled.
