Spinach Fettucine

Ingredients

  • 1 box spinach fettuccine
  • 1 cup chopped frozen spinach,thawed and drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Additional parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. While pasta is cooking prepare sauce.
2. In a pot mix rest of ingredients over low heat until combined and heated through.
3. Pour sauce over fettuccine and mix well. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
