Ingredients
- 1 3 lb. fyer, cut up
- 3 tblsp. Butter
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 3/4 cups water, dvd.
- 3 tsp. Chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 3/4 tsp. Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp.ginger
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tsp. Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in a large heavy pan. Remove and sauté onion and garlic till tender. Add the chicken and 2 cups of the water and bouillon seasonings and tomatoes, cubed. Cover and simmer till chicken is very tender. Mix the flour into remaining water.and add to thicken. Serve over rice.
