Norma Coldesina's Rolls
- In bowl #1 put in 2 pkg yeast & 1/4 cup water & 1/2 cup sugar
- In bowl #2 put 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup Crisco oil and 1 cup warm water
- In bowl #3 put 4 1/2 cups Wondra flour & 2 tsp salt
Put 1st bowl into 2nd and mix, add to bowl #3 - make sure flour is mixed. Dough will be sticky.
Cover and let rise once till doubled (1 1/2 hours). Flour board. Press out dough with fingers into big rectangle. Melt one cube butter and add 1 cup sugar. Spread on dough. Roll & cut like cinnamon rolls. Place in greased muffin tins. Let rise a little longer.
Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.
