Ingredients
- 24 frozen tail-on, cooked and peeled medium shrimp, thawed (or fresh shrimp, cooked and peeled)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley

Step 1
Slit each shrimp along the back. Thoroughly combine cream cheese and blue cheese. Stuff cheese mixture inside each shrimp (you will have some cheese left over), then roll shrimp in chopped parsley.
