Chicken-Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • Soup:
  • 2 cups chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1 pkg. cooked shells
  • 1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken)
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients.

In a small bowl, combine soup and water. Mix well.

Stuff the cooked shells with the chicken mixture. Cover with the soup mix.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

NOTE: 2X this chicken recipe fills 1/2 box of large shells (about 20), and will fill a 9 x 13 baking dish. Only one soup mixture needed.
