Green Chili Corn Bread

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn
  • 15 ounce creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups corn meal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces chopped green chili's



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Grease pans
Whisk milk, sugar , eggs, and vanilla extract in large bowl. Stir in whole kernel corn, creamed corn, and butter.
Whisk flour, corn meal, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into corn mixture.
Pour batter into pans.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean about 45 minutes.
