Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 4 cups green beans, washed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hoison sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

heat oil in a wok on high heat.
add beans and stir fry 1-2 minutes.
cover and cook until turning brown 3-4 minutes
add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well.
serve imediately
