Sugar Cookies

Soft Cookies

Recipe given to me by my Aunt Gertrude

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 2 tsp cream of tarter
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients.

Roll and refrigate 1 to 2 hours

Dough is soft cookie to slice.

Bake 350' for 8-10 minutes
