Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. Minced fresh ginger
- 4 slices Pineapple (fresh if possible)
- 4 Salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat a lightly oiled grill to medium-hot
In a bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard & ginger. Generously brush pineapple slices with mixture & then salmon.
Place salmon on grill and brush again with marinade. Grill pineapple for 2-4 minutes per side. Grill salmon for 3-5 minutes per side, or just until cooked through. Serve salmon topped with pineapple slice.
