Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 Sticks Butter Unsalted
  • 1 Large Egg Yolk
  • 1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
  • K. Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Fill Blender with Hot Water
Sauce Pan Melt Butter

Drain Blender & Dry, Add Egg & Juice Blend. Slowly Add Butter, Blend until Creamy Sauce Forms.

Salt & Pepper to Taste, More Juice if Needed.

Serve Hot.
