Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup of onion,chopped
- 1 tbsp of diced jalapeno (optional)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp of cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
basically just mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. better if refrigerate for an hour or two.
