Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 c cooked chicken
- 1 sm. onion diced fine
- 1 sm. can chopped green chiles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated monterrey jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together & put in tortillas & roll up. Put in baking dish. Make topping.
Topping:
Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup & 1 c sour cream.
Pour over enchiladas & add 1 c. grated mon. jack cheese.
Bake 350 for 30 min.
