Ingredients
- 3 eggs (total) 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Beat 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white with yogurt, cinnamon, & vanilla until well blended.
Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Evenly distribute mixture into muffin tins.
Evenly divide the blueberries into the muffins.
Bake on 350 for 15 minutes. Check center to see if egg is done; you may need to cook an additional 5 minutes if still runny.
