Ingredients

pour 1 c rice evenly
add 1 c water
1 - 1/2 lbs chicken
onion soup mix
1/2 c milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
small can of mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

spray large pyrex pan with pam
place chicken in pan
pour mixture all over evenly
sprinkle pack of onion soup mix
cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
