Ingredients

  • 1 roll store-bought cookie dough ,
  • 1 pound cream cheese,
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract,
  • 1/2 cup sugar,
  • sliced fruits such as kiwi,
  • peaches, strawberries,
  • bananas and mandarin sections,
  • 4 oz. boiling water,
  • 2 tablespoon orange jelly powder.

Step 1

Recipe: Spread the cookie dough over a greased pizza pan and cook it according to package instructions. Cool down the cookie and refrigerate. Keep the cream cheese at room temperature in a mixing bowl. Pour the sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl with cream cheese and whip gently until mixed. Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water and pour half of the mixture in the cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie and arrange the fruits on top. With a pastry brush apply the rest of the jelly on top of the fruit pizza. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the gelatin to set, and cut and serve. Tip: You can use a pre-baked pastry shell in lieu of cookie dough.
