Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) finely shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients til nicely blended. Toss with the cabbage and carrot. Cover and chill 2 hours.
