Ingredients
- 1 box orange cake mix (Betty Crocker) OR white cake mix if you can’t find orange cake
- 2 T dry vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Zest from one large orange
- 2 T plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp orange extract
- Powdered sugar and berries for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Grease flower bundtlette pan (Amazon) with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk cake mix and pudding mix together. Add orange juice, orange zest, vegetable oil, eggs, and orange extract. Using a handheld mixer, beat on low until combined, then mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour batter into flower bundtlette pan. Add 1 cup water to Instantpot, Place trivet in Instantpot, then Place bundtlette pan on trivet. Replace the lid and set to sealing. Set to manual high pressure (or use cake setting if you have one) and set for 25 minutes. Then quick release and allow to cool. When cake is cooled, flip cake onto a pretty plate, poke holes in bottom, and drizzle sweetened condensed milk into the holes. Flip cake back over and dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Yummy!!!!!
