- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1 egg/ beaten
- 1 Cup panko crumbs
- 6 skinless chicken cutlets
- 2 t oil
- 3/4 Cup whipping cream'1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp
- salt
- 2 T orange marmalade

Preparation
Step 1
dredge chicken in flour then egg then panko.
add chicken to hot pan and cook.
in a small sauce pan, bring cream to a boil add thyme. stir frequently till thickened then add marmalade. serve sauce over chicken.
