  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 egg/ beaten
  • 1 Cup panko crumbs
  • 6 skinless chicken cutlets
  • 2 t oil
  • 3/4 Cup whipping cream'1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • 2 T orange marmalade

Step 1

dredge chicken in flour then egg then panko.

add chicken to hot pan and cook.

in a small sauce pan, bring cream to a boil add thyme. stir frequently till thickened then add marmalade. serve sauce over chicken.
