Ingredients

• COOKIE:
• 1/2 cup Crisco
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 3/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• FILLING:
• 1/2 cup Crisco
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 7 oz marshmallow fluff

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all cookie ingredients in a mixer till smooth. Drop by tbsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
2. Combine all filling ingredients until smooth. When cookies cool fill.
