Ingredients
- Ingredients for Salmon:
- 14 1/2 oz can salmon (remove bones and skin)
- 2 slightly beaten eggs or 3 eggs whites
- 1/2 cup grated low fat parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tbsp dill
- a dash salt & pepper
- Ingredients for Sauce:
- 1/2 cup fat free mayo
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation

Directions for Salmon
Mix all of the above ingredients together and heat about 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet to medium temperature.
Make mixture into 4 patties and drop patties onto oil in skillet.
Flip patties when they are nice and brown on the first side or they will fall apart brown on other side. Remove patties to serving plate.
Directions for Sauce
Stir unto smooth then microwave for 30 seconds to heat. Pour over patties to taste.
