  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs (Discard yolks of 3 Eggs)
  • Light Miracle Whip or Light Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Green Onions
  • Black Pepper

Preparation

1. Mash Eggs.
2. Add remaining ingredients to taste.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
