Ingredients
- 1/2 (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crusts
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup (6oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Fit pie crust into a 9" deep pie plate according to package directions. Fold edges under and crimp. Whisk together eggs and next 5 ingredients until mixture is smooth. Stir in chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into pie crust. Bake on lowest oven rack at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Drizzle with hot fudge topping and whipped cream if desired.
