Ingredients
- 6 carrots, peeled and thickly sliced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced into 1 inch pieces
- 2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp.salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 14 oz. can tomato sauce

Step 1
Arrange vegetables in a slow cooker. Top with beef cubes. Blend flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over meat. Pour tomato sauce over top. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 9 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
