Ingredients
- Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 pound fresh Asian noodles or 12 ounces dried spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2/3 cup Wildtree Thai Sesame Sun Butter Sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Bring 6 quarts water to boil in a large pot over high heat. Meanwhile, heat the broiler. Grease broiler pan with Natural Grapeseed Oil. Salt and pepper chicken breasts and place on broiler pan. Broil chicken until lightly browned, 4 to 8 minutes. Flip chicken over and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to cutting board and let rest 5 minutes. Shred chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside. Add salt and noodles to boiling water and boil noodles until tender, (about 4 minutes for fresh and 10 minutes for dried). Drain and rinse with cold water until cool to the touch drain again. In a large bowl, toss noodles with Garlic Grapeseed Oil. Add shredded chicken, scallions, carrot, and sauce; toss to combine. Toss with Thai Sesame Sun Butter Sauce and divide among individual bowls. Sprinkle each bowl with cilantro, and serve.
