• 1 cup apple-cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon celery salt
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 cup water
