tuna vegetable salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • (about 5 cups)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges
  • 2 tbsp sliced, pitted black olives
  • 1 small red onion, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 (6 oz) can water pack tuna, drained and flaked

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:
Divide recipe in half and arrange the lettuce, tuna, eggs, olives, onion and croutons on 2 salad plates. Divide dressing in half between the 2 salads and drizzle over each.

Yield: 2 Servings Serving Size= 3 3/4 cups each.
