Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/4 cups pastry flour and 1-1/4 cups cake flour
- or
- 2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all ingredients in bowl of food processor with steel knife.
2. Process short 2 second bursts, until coarse crumbs are formed.
Do not overprocess.
