Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3-1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding mix, baking soda and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Add flour and stir together. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 1/2 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 48 cookies.
Note: butterscotch or chocolate instant pudding may be substituted for the vanilla pudding. Chocolate candies or butterscotch chips may be substituted for the chocolate chips.
