- Wheel of Brie

Step 1
Soak a cedar plank for about two hours. Place on a preheated grill for about 10 mins, until charred. Meanwhile slice the rind off the top of a wheel of brie, leaving the rest intact. Flip the plank over and place the brie on top (on the charred side), close the grill and cook for just a few minutes, until the cheese starts melting. Serve straight from the plank, surrounded with crackers or crusty baguette.
