Step 1

In a bowl combine 5 large chopped tomatoes, 1/2 c chopped scalion, 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 c fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp minced fresh oregano, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1-2 minced jalapenos. Refirgerate several hours to let flavors meld. I MADE THIS FOR BRADYS BIRTHDAY PARTY ON 9/18/11 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, LOTS OF GOOD COMMENTS ABOUT IT.
