Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1C.1 C. water
- 1/2C.1/2 C. butter
- 1C.1 C. flour
- 44 eggs
- 2boxes2 boxes vanilla pudding, prepared as directed on box
- 1sm.1 sm. carton whipping cream, prepared
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at one time; continue beating until smooth. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cup-fulls 3 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden. cool. Cut off tops and pull out and fillaments of soft dough.
