• 1 package sugar cookie mix
• 1/2 cup butter - at room temperature
• 1 egg
• 1 cup white baking chips
• 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
• 4 cups strawberries - fresh and sliced
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/3 cup water

Heat oven to 350° F.

Mix the sugar cookie mix with the butter and egg until combined.

Allow this to cool for 10-15 minutes and then stir in the remaining strawberries.
