Stir-Fried Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 pound broccoli, cut up

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix broth-sugar.

2. Heat oil in wok. Add onion. Cook until golden.

3. Add broccoli. Stir-fry 3 mins. Add sauce. Cook 1 min.

Notes: Use less oil.
