Ingredients
- 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
- 2 T. creamy peanut butter
- 1 t. finely grated freshly peeled ginger
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. honey
- 2 t. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, canola oil, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
