Ingredients
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 pound Velveeta in 1/2" cubes
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken to pan.
Cover.
Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes on each side OR until cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Keep warm (the chicken, not you!).
Add milk, Velveeta, broccoli and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese to pan.
Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for 4 minutes OR broccoli is heated.
Return chickn to skillet.
Cook and stir for 1 minute OR until chicken is coated and heated through.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
