Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 1 (6 oz) container low-fat yogurt
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a blender or food processor, place all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
Yield: 2 Servings Serving Size: 1 cup each.
