Ingredients
- 1 lg. 1 lg. box vanilla pudding, prepared as directed on box
- 1 can 1 can coconut
- 1 Tbsp. 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. 1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Beat sugar with egg whites, mix into pudding (already made). Add vanilla and butter. then add coconut. Pour into prepared pie shell and top with whip cream.
