Ingredients
- 2 C. sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. butter
- 1 C. water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil. Take immediately from heat and add to dry ingredients. Add sour cream, eggs and baking soda. Blend well. Batter will be thin. Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 375F for 20-25 minutes. Prepare frosting while baking.
