CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 C. light brown sugar
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 1 1 C. butter, softened
  • 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 2 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 C. flour
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 12 12 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat sugars and butter until creamy, about 5 minutes. Blend in vanilla and eggs. At low speed, blend in flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto un-greased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from sheets; cool on wire racks.
