Balsamic Vinaigrette

classic ratio is 3:1 from oil to Basalmic but I find it too oily, in this recipe I use 1:1

Ingredients

• Tools:
• 1/4 " Cup good virgin olive oil
• 1/4 " Cup basamic vinegar (the best you can afford)
• 1/4 " tsp mustard (regular or digion)
• 1/4 " tsp salt
• 1/4 " tsp pepper
• Wisk
• Storage:

wisk all ingredients together. YOu may have to add sugar if the basalmic is not a good quality.
