Ingredients

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups grated carrots
  • 2 cups grated apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups oil

Preparation

Step 1

-Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
-Stir in carrots, apples, raisins, walnuts and coconut.
-Add eggs, vanilla and oil mix until moistened.
-Bake @ 350F for approx. 15 min.
