Éclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cup milk
  • Small container whip cream
  • Mix pudding and milk and fold in whip cream.
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tbs room temp butter
  • 2 tsp white corn syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk- more if to thick

Preparation

Step 1

Casserole dish butter/ layer with graham crackers. Mix powdered sugar and cocoa- cut in butter and mix the rest. Place layer of pudding on crackers- put another layer crackers- place rest of filling and another layer of crackers- then drizzle with chocolate- cover and refrigerate.
