Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup salad oil [beat the 2 until foamy]
- Add 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sift together
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 packages of 3 ounce cream cheese
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Mix in order and spread over cake

Mix all with hands then add 4 large apples that have been peeled and thin sliced. Then add 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake in a long deep Pyrex pan for 45 min to 1 hour at 350*. When cool ice cake in the pan.
