Chocolate Chip Cookies {Georgia}

Ingredients

• 3/4 cups butter flavored Crisco
• 1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 tbs milk
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tbs vanilla
• 1 cup pecan pieces
• 1 egg
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter flavored Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Blend until creamy
Blend in eggs. Combine flour, salt and baking soda, add slowly, stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tbs 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375* for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes then remove.
