  • 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 swordfish steaks

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mustard-s&p. Spread over swordfish. Grill or broil.
