Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole mushroom
  • 1 clove garlic-sliced into four pieces
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove frozen garlic
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the fresh garlic, saute for 1 minute.
2. Add mushrooms, saute for 4 minutes.
3. Add parsley, salt, frozen garlic, continue to saute for another minute.
4. Add black pepper.
