Ingredients
- 1 tbsp unnnslated butter
- 2 med shallots minced
- 2 med garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp canned tomato paste
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz penne pasta
- fresh basil

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet over med heat add butter, shallots snd garlic; saute 3-5 minutes.
-add sea salt, pepper and parsley
-add tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes
-add vodka and simmer for another 5 minutes
-add whipping cream and reduce to simmer for 3
minutes
-add cooked pasta to sauce and stir
-top w/ fresh basil salt and pepper
