Rhubarb Crisp/ Ma

Ingredients

  • In an 8x8 or 9" pan:
  • Put 4 cups cut-up rhubarb
  • Mix 1 cup sugar and 3 tbsp flour and sprinkle over the top and gently stir into the rhubarb.
  • Mix 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Stir in 1 beaten egg and 2 tbsp butter
  • Mixture will be crumbly.
  • Sprinkle over rhubarb and bake 35-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
